  Scope of Activities:
  Custom R&D of specialty and high-performance plastics, polymer blends, thermosetting resin systems, polymer latexes and colloidal dispersions, composite materials; latent polymerization catalysts; proprietary sensitizers for fast microwave & radio frequency processing of rubbers, plastics and thermosets; smart catalysts for microwave-enhanced polymerizations and organic syntheses; electrically conductive plastics & rubbers. Analysis, deformulation and reformulation of complex polymeric materials. Molecular modeling of organic compounds and polymers; computer-aided redesign/optimization of chemical reactions. Design and management of R&D programs in polymer synthesis and processing; patent assistance and scientific advisory; technical writing; Internet website design.
  Staff:
  One permanent associate + contract specialist associates according to project needs.
  Laboratory Facilities:
  2,500 sq.ft. chemical laboratory, well equipped for organic syntheses, polymer syntheses, and resin formulation. The lab owns analytical capabilities as well, including state-of-the-art FT-IR spectrometer, optical micrography instrumentation, etc. Robust IT and computer-aided molecular modeling/computational chemistry capabilities. Rich technical library. Broad range of scale-up, analytical and testing equipment available as required, through working relationships with external laboratories.
