We have experience in polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ABS, phenolics, Noryl, and many other polymers. Business services include licensing, technology acquisition, marketing, market research and market assessments. Legal support services include expert testimony and consultation on patent validity, trade secrets, toxic torts, TOSCA, chemical releases, chemical exposure, Super Fund issues, environmental damage, fires, explosions, personal injury, and product liability.
