We offer technical, business and expert witness services in chemicals, plastics, solvents, reaction engineering, devolatilization, polymer blends and alloys, compositional quenching, compounding, plastics recycling by selective dissolution, process, models, research and development, pilot plants, design and scaleup of batch and continuous processes. We have experience in polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ABS, phenolics, Noryl, and many other polymers. Business services include licensing, technology acquisition, marketing, market research and market assessments. Legal support services include expert testimony and consultation on patent validity, trade secrets, toxic torts, TOSCA, chemical releases, chemical exposure, Super Fund issues, environmental damage, fires, explosions, personal injury, and product liability.
